1. How early can we come in to set up for a party?
You can call us one week in advance to check if there is a party scheduled before yours. If there is, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to set up. If there isn't, you are welcome to arrive one hour early.
2. Can we bring in our own food, entertainers and decorations?
Yes, it's perfectly fine to bring your own food without any extra charge. We also provide party food and the food menu can be found below. Please just keep in mind we are a nut free facility. Entertainers and own decoration are also welcomed.
3. Can we have any discount on our party?
We offer 20% discount on Weekday parties (PA day and holidays excluded). We also offer 10% discount for morning parties from 9-11:30. Please email us directly for more last minute and seasonal discounts.
4. How much is the deposit, is the Deposit Refundable?
Deposit is 150$ per room and 450$ for private event, and it's non-refundable. However, transferring to store credit or rescheduling of parties is permitted subject to availability and must be done at least 7 days in advance
5. Can we customize our party time/stay longer after the Party?
The evening party can be extended to 9pm at 100$ extra per room. For other timeslot, we can't customize party times as we require thorough cleaning of the entire facility and preparation for the next group of guests. Please email us if it's a last minute party and we can help with the customization based on availability
6. Do we have to book tickets online before visiting for play?
We recommend that customers book their play spots in advance. While we accept walk-ins when space is available, we cannot guarantee availability, particularly on Fridays, holidays, PA days, and weekends.
7. Do you charge extra for credit card payments?
A 2% credit card processing fee applies to the party remaining balance only. Play tickets and party deposits are not subject to this fee. This helps us cover the rising costs of card transaction fees. You can avoid this fee by paying with debit or cash.
8. Who is included in the party guest count?
The birthday child & parents and infants under one year old are not counted in the guest total. All other attendees—including siblings, grandparents, relatives, and friends—are counted toward the party guest number. The extra cost for extra kids and adults are 18.99$ and 7.99$
9. What discount do you have for returning customers?
We offer a 5% discount for second-time party bookings. For third-time and repeat party bookings, we provide a 5% discount plus 5 additional free adult admissions.
10. Can we celebrate a birthday in the seating area?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring simple snacks and a small cake for a small gathering in our seating area if you prefer not to book a party room. Please remember to reserve play tickets in advance to secure your spot before coming.

PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
1. BOOKING POLICY

All party bookings are subject to availability.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 per party room is required to secure the booking.

Full payment is required 10 minutes before the party ends. If the payment is missed after the party, we will try to reach out to you. If the call/email is not replied to, we will involve law enforcement.
2. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, cash, or bank transfer. The Client acknowledges that a 2% processing fee will be applied to the outstanding balance if payment is made by credit card. Play tickets and deposits are excluded from this fee. Debit and cash payments are not subject to any additional fees.

Any additional charges incurred on the day of the party (e.g., extra guests, additional orders, and additional time) must be settled before leaving the premises.

A cleaning fee of $30/$60/$100 may be charged based on the condition of your party room at the end of the event. If damage was done on the party room, we reserve the right to charge the full amount repairment.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation is not applicable and non-refundable. However, rescheduling of parties is permitted subject to availability and must be done at least 7 days in advance.
4. PARTY DURATION AND GUESTS

The standard party duration is 3 hours on weekdays and 2.5 hours on weekends. Additional time can be arranged at an extra cost. We highly recommend managing your time effectively. A charge of $50 will apply for every 5 minutes of delay in leaving the premises. We strictly implement these terms to allow the next group to prepare for their party.

The party package includes admission for kids and adults depending on the capacity of the room booked. Additional children will incur a fee of $18.99, and extra adults will be charged $7.99 each.

Each child must be accompanied and supervised by at least one adult.
5. FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Outside food and beverages are permitted.

This is a nut-free facility; therefore, nuts and any food containing related ingredients are strictly prohibited.
6. SAFETY AND CONDUCT

Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision and behavior of all children in their party.

All guests are required to sign the waiver before entering, and they must wear grip socks for safety. Guests can bring their own grip socks or purchase them from us at $2.99 per pair.

All participants must adhere to the playground rules and regulations.

Only adhesive decorations that do not damage walls or surfaces are allowed. Glitter, confetti, and candles are strictly prohibited (Except birthday candles). Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning or repair fee

The playground reserves the right to remove any individual who fails to comply with the rules without a refund.
7. LIABILITY

Happy Planet is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

Happy Planet will not be held accountable for any injuries sustained during the party.
